I was lucky enough to receive this gorgeous Moon pendant.

When I opened the box, I knew that it would immediately be a piece that I will be gravitating towards on an everyday basis. It is such a simple, dainty piece that can work for any occasion. I decided to pair this gorgeous necklace with two outfits to show its versatility.

Going to the dark side

After my experience at Jisu salon last year, I knew that I had to go back again (check out my previous detailed experience here ). Even after the first time, I am still amazed at the wonderful service they provide. Since Jin did such an amazing job last time, I knew that I could trust him. I decided to let him choose what colour to go for, and while I wasn't so sure at the beginning, I am quite happy with the more subtle colours!

Similar to last time, we went through the process of cutting my hair into a long bob (next time, I think I am going to go even shorter!). Since I had already had a balayage done previously, timing of this session was a lot quicker. Jin decided to tone my hair and make it a slightly darker shade. Below are some images of the before and after! I am definitely loving the ash colours!

Again, JISU Salon is an absolutely AMAZING place, Jin and Sunny especially. They both have such a passion for what they do, and I honestly don't think I can trust anyone else with my hair after experiencing their service. Please give them platforms plenty of love and do pop by their salon for a visit when you have a chance. I have had so many friends going to Jisu and raving about their amazing service!

Beds are a girl's best friend

While some say that 'diamonds are a girl's best friend,' to me, beds are. I was lucky enough to be contacted by my lovely friends from Koala mattress and was gifted a mattress!! The thing that stood out to me was the mission behind their adorable company. When you purchase a mattress from them, they will adopt a real life Koala in partnership with the Koala Hospital in Port Macquarie! This means that, not only will you be able to have an extremely comfortable mattress, but you are also supporting the sick and injured koalas and helping prevent koala reduction and extinction. Seriously, what more could you ask for?

Stepping Stone Review

Dippy eggs, colourful fruit bowls and burgers...what more could you want?! I had the pleasure of checking out the beautiful Stepping Stone cafe a couple of weekends back and it was seriously the cutest place!!

My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to try a range:

Hey Stoner (fresh fruit muesli in coconut bowl)
Mamas boy burger
Kiss and Run Soldiers
Runaway Dreamer Smoothie Bowl

Hey Stoner muesli bowl is an easy selection for those that prefer to be on the healthier side. Served with fresh fruit and the touch of the coconut bowl definitely makes it an extremely appealing choice!

Mamas boy burger was filled with delicious Asian-inspired flavours. I am a huge burger fanatic and this definitely satisfied my burger cravings!

Stepping Stone is famous for their 'Kiss and Run Soldiers' where it provides two eggs with a range of sides. The colourful egg carton it comes in definitely makes it instablogger friendly!

Their Runaway Dreamer Smoothie bowl consists of a range of healthy ingredients including beetroot, banana, goji berries, mango etc. Every bite was a mouthful of different textures and fresh flavours, definitely a great go to summer dish!

This gorgeous cafe is definitely quite unique compared to all the other cafes I've been too. At the moment, all their food is served at the front yard and porch, perfect for a sunny day! I will definitely be back to try their dinner menu.
